Anatole first appears in Season 3 as one of the Synths in the Railyard, who befriends Max. He was also one of a few people who looked after Leo when he was in the coma. However, as the season goes on, we learn that he's not as kind as first thought and becomes rather twisted and cruel. Before he was conscious, he was a courtesan.
